Hello
I'm Hannah. I am a psychotherapist passionate about working with individuals, couples and groups on themes including anxiety, sex and relationships, identity, neurodiversity, life transitions, and grief. I am dedicated to providing an inclusive, intersectional, GSRD-affirming, neuro-affirming, anti-racist therapeutic practice.
Whether you’re going through a major life change, reflecting on trauma from the past, grieving the loss of a loved one or of a dream, or something just doesn’t feel quite right, I’m here to help you explore your inner world, understand your patterns of behaviour and be the you you want to be.

About Me

Whatever you are curious about, through first-hand experience, I know that having a space to share our thoughts and feelings can help navigate personal difficulties and understand ourselves better.

I am dedicated to providing an inclusive, safe, anti-racist, therapeutic practice. I am committed to the progress and success of my clients, and whether working individually or part of a couple or group, my approach is creative and relational.

I have a private practice and have worked in the NHS, (specifically in sexual violence), for several years, and my work involves supporting those exploring sex, relationship issues, neurodiversity, depression, anxiety and burnout.
I also commentate on psychotherapeutic issues and have featured in the Evening Standard, The i Paper, Metro, BACP, and Glamour on a range of topics.
Before my role as a psychotherapist, I have over a decade of experience working in the creative industries, and later I found my calling working in bereavement, where I have supported hundreds of clients facing significant loss. Bereavement isn't just about the death of someone. Grief is often at the heart of many of my clients’ stories as they explore their reactions to change or the loss of a myriad of things from relationships to identity, home and career.
I now use that experience to counsel clients using Transactional Analysis techniques. I specialise in helping people identify and cope with the issues that are causing them anxiety and stress.

I aim to ensure you will feel safe and supported without judgement, as I understand that everyone’s life experiences are unique.
I have a diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling and an MSc in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute.
I am a registered member of the MBACP, UKCP, IARTA, EATA and the Metanoia Institute, and I am fully insured.
