About Me

IMG_4638.jpeg

With over a decade of experience working in the creative industries, I found my calling working in bereavement, where I have supported hundreds of clients facing significant loss. I now use that understanding to counsel clients using Transactional Analysis techniques. I specialise in helping people identify and cope with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress.

Though I work a lot with those bereaved, I have learnt over time that grief is often at the heart of many of my clients’ stories as they explore their reactions to a loss of a myriad of things from relationships to identity, home and career. I also have extensive experience working with the NHS specifically around sexual assault trauma and its impact on one's sense of self and relationships.

Whatever you are curious about, through first-hand experience I know that having a space to share our thoughts and feelings can help navigate personal difficulties and understand ourselves better.

I am dedicated to providing an inclusive, safe, anti-racist, therapeutic practice.  I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you by working together creatively and relationally.

I aim to ensure you will feel safe and supported without judgement as I understand that everyone’s life experiences are unique.

I am a psychotherapist in advanced training at the Metanoia Institute, hold a Diploma Certificate in Counselling Therapeutic Skills & Studies and am completing an MSc in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy.

I am a registered member of the MBACP, UKCP, IARTA, EATA and the Metanoia Institute, and I am fully insured.
